JB Golf

     Since graduating from Rockhurst I have continued to stay closely connected to the golf industry as both an athlete and a trainer.
     As a former collegiate golfer, I understand the physical demands of the game and how important mobility,  stability, and power are for an efficient swing.
    My golf fitness training focuses on improving mobility, increasing swing speed, and building strength that directly translates to better performance on the course.
    The goal is simple: help golfers move better, generate more power, and continue playing the game they love for years to come.

     I’m a Certified Pre & Postnatal Fitness Specialist through ProNatal Fitness. I chose to pursue this certification because I’m passionate about helping women stay active and strong through pregnancy and postpartum, while making sure their training is safe, supportive, and appropriate for their body during that stage of life.

​

     At JB Fitness, the focus is simple: meet you where you are, build a plan that fits your lifestyle, and help you feel stronger, healthier, and more capable every day.
